Why would someone want private yoga classes? There are many different reasons a person would want private yoga sessions. One on one yoga offers the opportunity to connect with a student on an individual and specific level. Sessions can be therapeutic, have a physical focus, be emotionally or spiritually centered....and anywhere in between.
What can you expect in a private yoga session? Private sessions are focused on you. The space created in 1 X 1 yoga allows for more dialogue and questions which means that the sequence and pace are propelled by you and can change moment to moment.
Just a few of the reasons I have worked with students privately: ~integrating Somatic Experiencing techniques and self massage into their yoga practice ~utilizing yoga as a support in healing from past emotional and physical trauma ~auto-immune disorders ~anxiety, depression, and insomnia ~drug and alcohol addiction -traumatic brain injury -because they wanted private yoga....but they were not quite sure why or what for. A client who I worked with twice a month for a few years started with me this way!

Pricing Private sessions via Zoom: $70 per 60 minute session 1-2 people $40 per 30 minute session 1-2 people
