Due to Covid-19, I am not currently offering massage. This has been one of the most difficult professional decisions I have ever faced, but I feel it is the safest option for me and my clients.
After much consideration, I have decided that I will return to practice when there is a vaccine, testing is widely available, and when illness rates have dropped significantly.
I appreciate your patience as we navigate this incredibly complex situation.
I look forward to working with you again, soon!
If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.
In the meantime, I will be offering virtual self-massage, partner-massage and Art of Relaxation classes / workshops through Room to Breathe (roomtobreathe.com) and my own schedule.
Be sure to visit my events page and make sure you are signed up for my newsletter so you don't miss the announcements of  any special classes & workshops!

A little bit about my life as a bodyworker...

Natalie has always been intrigued with the power of healing touch. As a kid she would often offer to brush her mom’s hair, and give mini massages to family members while hanging out by her parent’s pool. This love for bodywork eventually brought Natalie to The Soma Institute in Chicago. At Soma she studied Clinical Massage, Swedish & Deep Tissue, Myofascial techniques, Lymphatic Drainage, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi and Sports Massage.

In 2011 Natalie traveled to Chiang Mai, Thailand to study Thai Massage at The Sunshine School and with Ohm Rinraya of Omsala. Natalie also has experience with Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage and Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage along with studying body-based approaches to supporting folks with trauma and PTSD. From all of these techniques, styles and modalities, Natalie creates personalized and unique sessions, that are both powerful and effective.

For over a decade, Natalie has been honing her skills and deepening her knowledge. She has worked with a wide range of clients in a variety of settings from 5 star spas and hotels, to yoga studios. In each session she holds grounding and tranquil space for her client. Natalie believes this kind of support helps to facilitate comfort and relaxation, vital forces for initiating deep, lasting healing.
